AI Vacuum Oven with Faster Heat Gas Back-Filled

The new Accutemp 0.9 cubic foot vacuum ovens are equipped with a cutting-edge 5 sided pad heating system (left, right, top, bottom, and back) along with aluminum shelves, ensuring superior temperature uniformity within the Oven Chamber. Additionally, they feature an adjustable gas back fill capability with a needle valve and vent port as standard. Prior to leaving the factory, each vacuum oven undergoes a rigorous 24-hour vacuum leak test. Two aluminum shelves are included with each unit.

Key features include the innovative 5 sided pad heating technology and aluminum shelves for exceptional temperature uniformity and faster heating rates (25 percent faster based on lab tests). The ovens are also equipped with a 3rd gen low temperature controller with a new LCD display, as well as an adjustable gas back fill capability with a needle valve and vent port. These ovens are the preferred choice for curing and converting oil extracts. With a deep vacuum level, they can operate at temperatures conducive to rapid degassing/purging, resulting in increased productivity and high-quality products with minimal processing time.

The ovens feature a dual-layer observation window with a 1/2 inch thickness. They require an electrical input of 110V/60Hz single phase, 1200 Watts. The vacuum connector is a KF25 flange with an adapter for 3/8 inch fittings. The temperature range is from ambient to 480°F. The dimensions of the unit are 29 x 25 x 26 inches (W x D x H) and the shipping dimensions are 35 x 30 x 31 inches (W x D x H). The unit weighs 120 lbs, while the shipping weight is 180 lbs.
